The Putnam Valley
Grange is open to all who are interested in working
together for the betterment of ourselves, our families,
our community, our country, and our planet. While the
Grange was originally created as an organization of
farming families, you don't have to be a farmer or have
any desire to become a farmer in order to join the
Grange. Some of our members have large farms with
agricultural crops and farm animals, some undertake
small backyard farming projects for their own families,
and some merely share our Grange's interest in working
cooperatively with our environment - through
recycling, responsible consumption, and sustainability
projects - rather than against it.
Above all, the Grange is
a great place for families to come together in a program
of fellowship, service, and activities.
